Do I need my credit card to check out?
Unless your company has centralized billing (available only in advanced travel settings), your payment method will be via credit card. To finalize all payments, you will need enter your credit card details at checkout through our secured payment gateway - Payzen.
Will I receive an invoice for the booking I made online payment?
By default Invoices will be sent to your company’s dedicated email (Billing information configured by your company administrator during set up). If you are the traveler and wish to receive copies of the invoice instead, please update your personal contact profile with your email.
Do I need to pay for my hotel upon arrival?
All hotel bookings are prepaid and only extras charges are to be paid directly to the hotel. Please refer to your hotel voucher for detailed information about your hotel reservation.
