Do I need my credit card to check out? 

Unless your company has centralized billing (available only in advanced travel settings), you will be asked for a means of payment at checkout. To finalize your booking, you will need enter your credit card details through our secured payment gateway - Payzen.

Will I receive an invoice for the booking I made online?

Billing information is configured by your company administrator during set up.

By default, all travel invoices will be sent to your company’s dedicated email within 2 business days.

If you are the traveler and wish to receive a copy of the invoice to a specific booking, please email your request with the details of your booking to our travel support team at [email protected].
