(Travel approval is only available in the advanced travel module)
1. As an approver, you will receive an email notification with the details of the booking
2a. Click on the link in the email to be redirected to the booking
2b. Alternatively, you can log in directly to your Rydoo account and navigate to the TRAVEL module. Filter on APPROVALS in "Trip Type" and PENDING in "Approval Status" to show a list of all the bookings PENDING APPROVAL from you.
3. Review the booking from within the Rydoo Travel application and APPROVE or REJECT.
4. Approved bookings will show the status CONFIRMED and rejected bookings will show the status CANCELLED
Please note: there are strict deadlines for approving/holding bookings. If a booking is not CONFIRMED by the deadline, the booking will be automatically CANCELLED
