If you've just recently downloaded your Rydoo mobile application, it is always best to check the settings on the mobile app first to ensure that it will behave as you've expected.

To access SETTINGS, you need to click the MENU button that can be seen from the upper left corner of the screen:

The menu sidebar will appear from the left side of the application. You will see SETTINGS right next to the Help button:

Upon clicking you will be forwarded to the Settings page. There are several items that are worth double-checking, but the first item that we are recommending to be activated is the SAVE IMAGES (on/off) option. This will ensure that you will always have a copy of your receipt images on your phone gallery, not just native in the mobile app.

This is also where you can set the following:
-Language
-Open App with Camera (on/off)
-Use Device Camera as Default (on/off)
-Enable Fingerprint (on/off)
-Wifi Upload Only (on/off)

This is also the page where you can rate the Rydoo app, join our beta program, view privacy policy, software licences, and Rydoo App Version when needed.

By clicking PERSONAL SETTINGS, you can set the following options:
-Show Reported Expenses (on/off)
-Default Currency
-Default Payment Method
-Default Country
-Decimal Separator (comma/period)
-Date Format (dd/mm/yyyy or mm/dd/yyyy)
-Distance Unit (km/mi)

After adjusting or double-checking the settings on your mobile app, you can go back to the home page and start capturing your receipts!
