When large sets of data need to be uploaded within the rydoo tool it is recommended to use CSV uploads.

When uploading data within the rydoo tool by using CSV upload, following guidelines will need to be taken into account:

Data can only be uploaded if the file format is respected. This means that it is not possible to add or remove columns or to make changes to the writing of the headers.

Note that some attributes are required while others aren't. If a non required column is not relevant the column can not be removed nor the header can be changed. In these cases the header will need to remain the same and the values can be left empty.

The encoding that needs to be used for all files is UTF-8 with BOM. This option can be indicated when saving the file.
