The user upload file can be found in the "admin settings" - "Users", and click on "+ add" - "upload users," or can be found here.
The first line of the template consists of the headers. Note that besides the "customfield" attribute, nothing can be changed to the headers.
The second line includes some samples which could help when filling in the template. Make sure to delete the sample line prior to uploading the file.
Hereby an overview of the different attributes within the user upload file:
first name (mandatory)
First name of the user
last name (mandatory)
Last name of the user
ISO code of the language for this user, example "eng" for English. See notes for more info. The following languages are supported in Rydoo: eng = English, ned = Dutch, fr = French, ger = German, por = Portuguese, es = Spanish, it = Italian;
ISO code of the country the user belongs to. Some examples:
BE = Belgium, NL = Netherlands, FR = France, DE = Germany, GB = United Kingdom, US = United States. See following link for more landcodes: http://www.nationsonline.org/oneworld/country_code_list.htm
branch name (mandatory)
This should be the name of one of the branches you have previously defined.
branch id (mandatory)
ID number of the branch you will add the user to.
group name (mandatory)
Make sure you add your users to the right group and that the name is spelled right. Otherwise new groups will be created in the system. Only fill in one group. Users that belong to several groups can be edited later manually.
group id (mandatory)
ID number of the group you will add the user to.
userid (not mandatory)
Here you can add a personnel number or an accounting code.
Reimbursement account (not mandatory)
Here you can add the reimbursement account of your user.
When a user should not be activated, set this field to “0”. When the user needs to be uploaded and activated, set this field to "1". To make sure no unwanted mails are sent, we would advise to upload all users inactive = 0 to start. You can easily activate them within the platform afterwards.
commutertraffic (not mandatory)
Here you can add the distance travelled between work and home of the employee if you want to add this into the calculations for the mileage claims.
customfield (not mandatory)
Here you can enter a value for an additional data field if needed on a personal level.
