The project upload file can be found in the "admin settings" - "Projects" - "Upload project list" or can be found here.
Following attributes are required to enter when uploading the project file:
The name of the project. The name is visible to the end user and should be easily recognisable.
The number of the project. This number will be used to allocate the expenses to the correct projects in other tools. Note that the project ID is not visible to the end users.
The name of the legal entity to which this project is limited to. The column "branchname" is optional and can be removed if not needed.
The ID of the legal entity to which this project is limited to. The column "branchid" is optional and can be removed if not needed.
This column can be used to activate or deactivate projects:
When the category needs to be activated: active = 1
When the category needs to be deactivated: active = 0
It is possible to add additional information on a project level. This information is not visible to end users but can be used to process data in other tools or to set in place rules within the rydoo platform.
