Once the Rydoo application is downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store it will be possible to login in the tool using your company mail address.
Uploading a receipt can be done by snapping a picture after clicking on the camera icon at the bottom of the screen. It will automatically default to a single photo.
Did you need to scan in multiple pages for one single expense? Select 'multipage' scanning. If you want to scan a pile of receipts at once and only submit the expenses later, you can also opt for 'quick scan.'
Rydoo will give you live feedback when searching for the receipt and will automatically snap a picture of it once it is in the optimal picture-taking position. Our optical character recognition (OCR) will read out the date, merchant, amount and currency for you.
