When adding users via CSV file, there will be a column labeled "commutertraffic". This column is commonly used to enter the travel distance of user/s for non-business related travel, which typically translates to the distance users travel from home to work.
As an Administrator, you can enter their estimated travel distance under this column. The entered travel distance will then be deducted to all mileage expenses of the user.
What the Admin Sees

When you enter a value under commutertraffic, a Daily Commute Distance field will appear in the user's profile.
NOTE: You can only activate the Daily commute distance field via CSV file. Once activated, the value can be adjusted on their profile.
What User Sees
After saving their mileage expense, the Daily commute distance (km) field will appear and the system will deduct the amount from Expense Total.
