You can only recall the expense if the status of your expense is “Submitted”.

Here are the steps to recall your expense.

  • Go to Expenses > Go to the “All” tab.
  • Tap on the expense you would like to recall.
  • Click on the 3 dots (...) at the top right hand side of the screen, this will bring you another screen at the bottom.
  • Click on the Recall. Once completed, the expense will be visible in your To-Do list. The status then will change from Submitted to Recalled.
