You can only recall the expense if the status of your expense is “Submitted”.
Here are the steps to recall your expense.
Go to Expenses > Go to the “All” tab.
Tap on the expense you would like to recall.
Click on the 3 dots (...) at the top right hand side of the screen, this will bring you another screen at the bottom.
Click on the Recall. Once completed, the expense will be visible in your To-Do list. The status, then will change from Submitted to Recalled.
