By default, there are selected roles active within the system. Those are Personal (Users), Approvers, Finance and Administrator.

If you are already familiar with different roles then you can find the steps on how to enable them below.

For Controller

1. Go to Admin > Advanced Settings
2. Under App Settings, Check/Mark Activate the controller module
3. Click Save

For Branch Manager and Director

1. Go to Admin > Roles
2. Select which role to modify, Click Enable

For Treasurer

1. Go to Admin > Advanced Settings
2. Under App Settings, Check/Mark Activate approval for cash advances
3. Click Save

NOTE: This role is visible in user profile only. To view and assign, go to Admin > Users > Open profile > Under Roles, click Treasurer. 


Important Reminders! 

  • You can follow the same path to disable. 
  • Personal, Approvers and Administrator roles are non-modifiable.
