Rydoo has a maximum of 15 pages for a pdf statement as well as for a receipt you'd like to upload. The limit of an attachment file is 20MB. If you would like to add more receipts or a document in pdf format, activate the 'Enable additional attachment in expense' in Advance Settings.
Here are the steps to activate the ''Enable additional attachment in expense'.
Go to Admin
ACCOUNT SETTINGS > Advanced settings
Under Expense Settings, select the Enable additional attachment in expense.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Note: If the 'Enable additional attachment in expense' is activated. The 'Add an attachment' option is now available under upload receipts in the expense. You can add a maximum of 5 different attachments to one expense.
IMPORTANT:
Formats accepted: PDF, JPG, PNG or JPEG
The password protected pdf’s can not be processed and are not supported.
