If you have multiple expenses that are waiting to be submitted. However, you do not have access to your computer, you can multi-select expenses and submit them to the Rydoo App.

Follow these steps to submit multiple expenses:

  • When in the To-Do spaces in your homepage,, select the expense that you want to submit by tapping on the icons of the expenses.

  • You can click ‘Select all’ if you want to submit all expenses, or you can select individual expenses.

  • Once done selecting the expenses, click on Submit Expense.

Note: If you are an approver, you can also use the multi-select feature to approve multiple expenses. However, we advise you to approve them one-by-one to have a better control of what you approve.
