Get started with tax rates

As an Admin, you can set and load tax rates. These rates can be linked to specific categories and/or countries.

Activate the tax rate module

Go to the Admin > Advanced settings > Under Expense Settings, Enable Show VAT amount and VAT percentage setting.

Calculation

In Rydoo we always work with the Gross Amount. This means that we calculate the amount including VAT Total = (Total / 1+VAT%)

Setup or update your Tax rates:

  1. Tax Rate settings overview

  2. Create and edit Tax rates manually

  3. Import/Export multiple tax rates in bulk
