Rydoo allows to limit custom fields to specific branches, categories and roles. This means that you can make a custom field appear based on the selected category, branch or role a user belongs to.
The new feature of limiting custom fields to branches and categories is available within our enterprise subscription plan and will help simplify the handling of expenses for your end users in terms of simplicity and compliance.
E.g. certain custom fields only need to be shown for particular categories
Here are the steps to limit custom fields.
1. Go to Admin, select Custom fields.
2. Select the name of the Custom Field you would like to limit.
3. Click 'edit' in the Limitations section.
