By default, users' personal information such as their first name, last name and email address are non-modifiable to ensure the accuracy of the details and avoid unnecessary errors.
In certain cases where a company allows ALL users to update it, it is possible. Here's how:
Go to Admin > Advanced Settings > Under User Settings, mark/check Allow users to change their name in the user settings or Allow users to change their email address in the user settings (whichever is applicable) > Click Save.
Once saved, the change is effective immediately and is applied to all users.
Allowing users to edit other information can be found in Admin > Roles > Personal > User > Edit Profile settings.
The email address in their profile is the user's username when logging in to Rydoo. Allowing users to change their own email address might result in profile errors.
