By default, users' personal information such as their first name, last name and email address are non-modifiable to ensure the accuracy of the details and avoid unnecessary errors. 

In certain cases where a company allows ALL users to update it, it is possible. Here's how:

Go to Admin > Advanced Settings > Under User Settings, mark/check Allow users to change their name in the user settings or Allow users to change their email address in the user settings (whichever is applicable) > Click Save.

NOTE:

  • Once saved, the change is effective immediately and is applied to all users. 

  • Allowing users to edit other information can be found in Admin > Roles > Personal > User > Edit Profile settings

  • The email address in their profile is the user's username when logging in to Rydoo. Allowing users to change their own email address might result in profile errors.
