The approver/controller/finance can also customize the view of their screen.
Customize Approvers view
1. Go to Expenses, switch the role from Personal to Approver.
2. Click the + sign on the right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Select the column that you would like to add from the drop-down list.
4. Once selected, the column will now be added to your view.
See the sample image below ‘Paid With’ added.
If you would like to edit or remove a column. Hover over your mouse into the column name, a 'Pen' icon will appear. Click delete to remove or select another column name to edit.
Note: For Controller and Finance, follow the same steps.
