Got receipts and/or expenses stuck in "processing" or "to synchronize" status? We got you because you may now delete them. Here's how:
1. Ensure that you have the updated Rydoo mobile app version.
2. From the Expense page, long tap on an expense, and the multi-select option will show.
3. Select the expenses you want to remove.
4. Click on the delete icon.
After deleting the expense, we highly encourage you to upload or re-take the image one at a time.
NOTE: Always enable the Save Images setting. This will ensure that when snapping a picture of your receipts with the app, a copy will always be saved on your phone gallery. Simply tap on the toggle to enable this setting.
