Your payment details

To see your payment details

  • Go to the admin settings in the purple navigation bar at the left.

  • Click Plan and billing in the sidebar.

  • On the tabs under the Plan & Billing title navigate to the payment

In the payment tab, we will show you ...

  1. When your subscription will be renewed and how much we will charge you

  2. The payment method you used to purchase your current subscription

  3. The address and VAT ID used to generate the invoice and the email to where such invoice will be sent to.


Cards we support and currencies

  • Rydoo currently supports credit cards as the payment method available for all subscription-related purchases. We partner with Stripe, the global leader in managing online payments, to securely process your payments.

  • We support the following global card issuers: VISA, Master Card, American Express.

  • When making your first purchase, we will ask you to enter your credit card details. These will be used as the default payment method for all subsequent payments. Remember that we keep your card details tokenized in Stripe. All payments are encrypted and fully automatic. No one can ever access your data.

  • We support the currencies listed on our website. If you work with a currency that is not one that we support, then during the payment the currency taken as a basis is EUR, so the invoice will also show the information in EUR. The conversion rate will be taken over by your bank, we are not involved in it.


Update the payment method

You are free to add or remove your credit card details at any time. You can manage all payment options in the Payment tab.

  • Go to the admin settings in the purple navigation bar at the left.

  • Click Plan and billing in the sidebar.

  • On the tabs, under the Plan & Billing title, navigate to payment

    • Click on edit credit card to update your payment method

    • Click on remove, next to the credit card number, to remove your payment method

IMPORTANT: If you remove your payment method details, and don't add a new one, we won't be able to charge you at the renewal date, and your account will go on a grace-period mode.


Update billing details

  • Go to the admin settings in the purple navigation bar at the left.

  • Click Plan and billing in the sidebar.

  • On the tabs, under the Plan & Billing title, navigate to the payment tab

  • Click on edit billing details to update your billing details


3D security

For extra fraud protection, 3D Secure requires customers to complete an additional verification step with the card issuer when paying. Typically, we direct the customer to an authentication page on their bank’s website, and they enter a password associated with the card or a code sent to their phone.

  • Rydoo has no control over what additional step will appear to you, we only support this option. The rest is a process owned by your bank.

  • Whether 3D secure is required or not is up to your bank and we know it the moment the card is used in our service for the first time. Still, we don't know if one-time authentication will be enough or the bank will require it every time.

  • It may happen that your bank requires strong authentication even in case of the automated renewal. In this scenario, Rydoo will send you a link to your e-mail address with a request to confirm the transaction.
