Each time you perform a billable action, we will send you an order confirmation along with an invoice to the e-mail address provided in the billing details. You can also find the invoice on the Invoices tab on the Plan and Billing page. It takes us a maximum of 15 minutes to generate the document.

The invoice will be issued based on the billing detailsyou have provided. Make sure that the information provided is always up to date.

To see all of the Rydoo invoices you've received and paid:

  • Go to the admin settings in the purple navigation bar at the left.

  • Click Plan and billing in the sidebar.

  • On the tabs, under the Plan & Billing title, navigate to invoices

  • You can see all your invoices and download them
