At Rydoo, the renewal of your subscription is always automatic when purchasing the Starter or Growth plans.
This means that if you want to cancel your subscription you must do it before the renewal happens.
The renewal takes place on the first day following the end date of the previous billing period. Your card will be charged for the next billing period upfront every first day of your new subscription interval.
We will remind you about this 3 days in advance by sending an e-mail to the address indicated in the Billing details. In addition, you can always check the current settings and the estimated charge for the renewal in the Payment tab on the Plan and Billing page:
What happens if the payment fails?
Regardless of the cause - whether you removed the payment method on your Rydoo account or your existing card is not valid to process a purchase, we will take the following actions:
You will be notified about the grace period via a banner that will go on for 7 days.
We will attempt to charge your account every day during the grace period. A total of 6 charge attempts will be made.
After the 7th day of the grace period, your account will go into read-only status.
Don't worry because the price (including discounts - if there's any) will remain.
