The import functionality allows administrators to update or add existing approvers and controllers within the system using the export file.

Simply export the existing approvers or controllers, update the information by replacing the email addresses, and import.


Importing Approvers or Controllers

1. Get the approver's or controller's export file.

2. Add the approver's and user's email addresses.

3. Save the file on your computer.

4. Go back to the Admin > Users page

5. Click Import and select the appropriate import file. (Import approvers or Import controllers)

6. A pop-up message will appear confirming that the file has been received and uploading.

7. When you hit OK, the status of the import file will show as a banner.

Statuses are: importing, failed, or completed.
