The matching feature helps you to reconcile your expense with the credit card transactions.
If the card logo turns green, this means that the expense and credit card transactions are matched.
To view if the expense has been matched to the transaction, click the Transaction Matched VIEW.
Transactions that are older than 2 months will not match. The user needs to match them manually.
If you need to link a transaction to several expenses, it's best to match the expense into a transaction first and then use the split option.
Transactions can only be matched on the expense page
Users with Finance Role can send a reminder to an employee about matching transaction with their expense.
To Send a Reminder for the matching credit card transaction
Go to the Transactions page. On the Finance View, select the credit card transactions you would like to send a reminder for matching. Click More, then select Send Reminder.
