The import functionality allows administrators to update or add existing approvers and controllers within the system using the export file.

Simply export the existing approvers or controllers, update the information by replacing the email addresses, and import.


Importing Approvers or Controllers

1. Go to Admin Settings> User Management> Users> Click 'Add Button' and Click Assign Approvers or Assign Controllers.

2. Click the Download it here (written in blue hyper link), to get the approver's or controller's export file

3. Add the approver's and user's email addresses.

4. Save the file on your computer.

5. Go back to the Admin > Users page

6. Click Add Approver or Add Controller and upload the appropriate import file. (Upload file)

7. A banner will show confirming that the file has been successfully uploaded
