What does the integration do?
The Rydoo - Hibob integration automatically synchronises the following:

Employees' data from Hibob to Rydoo

Assignment of Cost centers

Assignment of Supervisors

New users created in Hibob will automatically be created in Rydoo.

Any changes in Hibob such as the assignment of supervisors or cost centers will also take place in Rydoo.

Rydoo takes care of the maintenance and mapping updates.

Daily synchronization. (overnight)
What does the mapping look like?
The integration will get the employees´ details from Hibob, the access should be set to be able to retrieve both active and inactive employees.
We will sync every user from Hibob with Rydoo every day.

Example: Instead of syncing data of Branches to Rydoo from the standard ´Site´ field of Hibob it is possible to specify an alternative field.
Set up the integration

Create Service user in Hibob and gather the following information:

Define the service user permissions by going to Settings > Roles & Permissions Applies To: Include Terminate users as well (so Rydoo will be able to deactivate users)
Manage Permissions: the following permissions should be enabled in order for the integration to retrieve all necessary details:
People > About > View selected employees´ About sections
People > Basic Info > View selected employees´ Basic info sections
People > Lifecycle > View selected employees´ Lifecycle sections
People > User Data > View selected employees´ User data sections
People > Work > View selected employees´ Work sections
People > Work contact details > View selected employees´ Work contact details sections
3. Gather the field names where your BranchName, BranchID, GroupName, and GroupID is stored in Hibob to your Customer Success manager
