Sync tax rates to Rydoo
-
Once you received the feedback from our team that the connection is configured you are ready to sync your Tax rates.
-
Log in to your Rydoo account (admin role necessary)
-
Navigate to Admin Settings > Integrations
-
Enable "Tax syncing" checkbox
-
Click on "Sync your Tax Rates" button
Note: NetSuite does not offer the feature to sync tax rates for USA subsidiaries (branches in Rydoo). Consequently, Rydoo is not able to sync tax rates to NetSuite as it's a limitation in Netsuite.
