The file transfer will take place on a server hosted and maintained by Rydoo.
The dedicated Customer Success Manager of your account will provide the server details. The server details consist of:
Fileprefix (company prefix)
For some organisations, whitelisting the Rydoo IP address before connecting to the SFTP server may be a requirement.
Don't hesitate to contact your designated CSM to provide you this information.
On this server there is an /IN and an /OUT directory.
Files that need to be uploaded should be posted in the IN directory.
It will only be processed if the format and naming of the file are compliant.
If there are inconsistencies within the file data, a LOG directory will appear on the SFTP server. More information regarding the LOG files can be found here.
