Purchase your subscription (Trial > Essentials or Pro)
After creating a free trial account with Rydoo, you start a free 14-days trial. If you feel you need more time to test Rydoo feel free to contact us. If you are ready to start your paid subscription to Essentials or Pro, follow these steps:

Go to the admin settings in the purple navigation bar at the left.

Click Plan and billing in the sidebar.

You'll land on the overview tab in the Plan and billing page

To upgrade your account, click the upgrade button
Choose your plan

Select your billing interval (monthly versus yearly) by clicking on the green toggle

Select which plan you want to buy and click select
Manage your plan
Select the number of seats you want (minimum 5)

Pay particular attention to the correct VAT - we issue an appropriate invoice on this basis.

If your bank works with 3D secure, we support it. If it is the case, after clicking "Purchase" your bank's 3D secure verification will pop-up.
Congratulations! You have successfully purchased your subscription at Rydoo.
Upgrade plan from Essentials to Pro
If you have the Essentials plan and you would like to upgrade to the Pro plan to make use of more advanced features, you can easily do so at any time in the overview tab. Let's get started:

Go to the admin settings in the purple navigation bar at the left.

Click Plan and billing in the sidebar.

You'll land on the overview tab on the plan and billing page

Click on change plan next to your plan type.
The window below will pop up. Click on upgrade under Pro if you are ready to upgrade (you won't be charged yet). If you need more advanced functionalities or a customised solution, click on contact us, and one of our sales consultants will get in touch with you to understand your needs.

After clicking on upgrade under the Pro Plan, we will show you a summary of how much extra will be you charged.

IMPORTANT: We will use the same payment method used the last time. So before making this upgrade make sure you want to use the same payment option. If your card is not valid the upgrade will show an error.

If you are ready to upgrade, click on "Purchase". We will immediately charge the amount and you will also immediately have access to all the functionalities on the Pro plan
Congratulations! you have upgraded your plan to Pro! You can immediately start making use of the advanced features.
Downgrade your plan
You can downgrade your plan. However, this will take effect only after the current billing period ends. Only when the renewal comes, we will downgrade your account to the Essentials plan and calculate the fee based on the Essentials rates.
Remember, you can always change your mind and go for Undo option until the renewal date.
To downgrade your plan:

Go to the admin settings in the purple navigation bar at the left.

Click Plan and billing in the sidebar.

You'll land on the overview tab in the plan and billing page

Click on change plan next to your plan type.

A new window will pop up. Click on "Downgrade"

A successful window will pop up, confirming that these changes will take place after the billing period ends.
