When canceling Rydoo subscription, it is important to note that the account remains active and it will go to read-only status at the end of your paid billing period.
To cancel your subscription

Go to the Admin > Plan and billing page. You'll land on the overview tab.

Click on the Cancel your subscription link.

A pop-up window containing your plan details and the end of your paid billing period will show. You can click cancel subscription to confirm your cancellation or keep subscription.

When canceled, a notification on the lower left side of the page will show.
Undo cancellation
You can always reactivate your subscription and Undo your cancellation for as long as you are within your paid billing period.

From the Admin > Plan and billing page, click Undo cancellation link. And your account will be reactivated immediately.
