Troubleshoot: Invalid customer reference key ‘XXX’ for entity ‘ZZ’
Reason
This error message indicates that the project selected in Rydoo (NetSuite Internal ID) is no longer available in Netsuite to use when exporting an expense. It could be the Project/Customer is in closed, completed, inactive, or on hold status.
Solution
Create an expense entry in NetSuite manually for the same user/employee and use the same parameters in the Expense Report. This will help you indicate which value isn't available. You may then correct the value in NetSuite and rerun the Rydoo export.
