Reason

In NetSuite error messages with entity refers to the user. This error could be caused by (not limited to) the employee being inactive, terminated, or excluded from sync to Rydoo in NetSuite.

Solution

In NetSuite, confirm if the employee is active and available to create expense entry. Check if the Exclude from Rydoo is unchecked on the employee page.
