Troubleshoot: There was an issue syncing your accounting software. Please contact support.
Reason
The token credentials are no longer valid.
Solution
New token credentials should be generated. Below are the steps:

Go to Setup > Users/Roles > Access Tokens

Click New Access Token

Select the application name: Rydoo Integration (Xpenditure Integration), the integration user (make sure that the Employee is always active.)
*If the employee does not have access. Go to the integration user's profile > Access > Roles > Rydoo WebServices

Select the role Rydoo WebServices, then press save.

Copy the token ID and token secret to a saved location on your computer. NetSuite only shows those one time.
6. Copy and paste the Token ID and Token Secret in a text file.
