You do not have permissions to set a value for element expense is nonreimbursable due to one of the following reasons: 1) The field is read-only; 2) An associated feature is disabled; 3) The field is available either when a record is created or updated, but not in both cases.
The credit card used is not created in the chart of accounts page or the credit card is not assigned to the employee. A credit card has to be assigned to the employee for you to sync non-reimbursable expenses.
Create a Credit Card account in Netsuite, and assign it to a relevant subsidiary, and tag the Credit Card account in the Employee record. Enable Export Non-Reimbursable Expenses in Netsuite. Lastly, tick the use default for subsidiary corporate Credit Card account on the Rydoo integration page.
