Import per diem rates

Per diems can be complex depending on the country and the company's policy. We at Rydoo offer a simple and easy solution for managing per diems for some countries. You can download pre-defined per diem rate lists for the following countries:

  • Belgium 🇧🇪

  • Denmark 🇩🇰

  • France 🇫🇷

  • Luxembourg 🇱🇺

  • Germany 🇩🇪

  • Netherlands 🇳🇱

  • Poland 🇵🇱

  • Russian Federation 🇷🇺

  • Singapore 🇸🇬

  • Spain 🇪🇸

  • Sweden 🇸🇪

 

1. Go to Admin settings.

2. Go to Per diems page.

3. Click Select country.

4. Select the country, year and branch

5. Click Import.

NOTE: In the first +/- 30 seconds after importing your per diem list, not all values might be populated yet. Please wait +/- 30 seconds before the process is fully completed.

IMPORTANT:

If the country you are setting up is not from the drop-down menu, we suggest creating a custom per diem rate. To set up a custom rate, you will need the following details:

  • Timeframe (start and end date)

  • Regions and/or cities

  • Amounts and/or rates

  • Deductions and overnight stay (if applicable to your company)
