While creating per diems, a user can receive the following warning:
As an Admin, you can check a few things to fix this in the Admin settings (per diems page):
- Is there a per diem list active for this user?
- Is the date of the applicable per diem list still in range?
- Is the destination country of the user listed in the per diem list?
- Is the user entitled to a per diem based on the configured policy? (e.g. in some countries per diems are not granted if the business trip lasts shorter than 8 hours)
