As an Admin, you can choose whether users have the option to edit the distance in their mileage expense. By default, when creating a mileage expense, Google Maps calculates the distance driven. When you enable the setting to allow users to change the mileage distance, users can override the distance calculated by Google Maps.

If the user edited the distance, the expense will show a note to inform the user changed the distance.

How to configure this as an Admin:

1. Go to Admin settings.

2. Go to Advanced settings page.

3. Check or uncheck the right checkbox and don't forget to save.

• Checked: users can change the distance
• Unchecked: users cannot change the distance
