Hi there, how can we help?

🇫🇮 KATRE Connector

  • Updated

What is the KATRE connector?

Our KATRE connector is a solution that automatically declares paid mileage and per diems to the Finnish Incomes Register, while staying fully compliant with the local regulations.

How it Works

The integration aims to automatically send reimbursed mileage and per diem expenses to KATRE.

  1. User data and Finnish Income Earners Id gets fed to Rydoo as a user custom field.
  2. Expenses are exported from Rydoo to your accounting system (ERP, HR software, etc.)
  3. Expenses should be set to reimbursed. This can be done by making use of our API endpoint to mark expenses as reimbursed. More information on this can be found here.
  4. Rydoo will declare Mileage and Per Diem expenses with a reimbursed status to the Finnish Incomes Register.

Requirements

  1. You are making use of the API to mark paid expenses as 'Reimbursed' in Rydoo (either via our NetSuite 2.0 integration or via a separate API integration).
  2. The following custom user fields should be set up in your Rydoo account:
    • KATRE_ADDON_IncomeEarnersId: a free text field that stores each employees' Finnish national ID.
    • KATRE_ADDON_EnableForUser: a drop down list containing the values Yes and No, indicating that Per Diems and Mileages of an employee should be sent to the Finnish Incomes Register.
  3. Expenses should be linked to a branch with country Finland.
  4. The branch should have a valid VAT ID number. This number is the Business ID and has the following format: eight digits with a hyphen (e.g., 1234567-8).
  5. Location details (street, city, postal code) for the branch should be complete in Rydoo.
  6. Per diem rates must be set up in accordance with Finnish regulations.
  7. A company-specific certificate must be requested in Vero before activating the integration. More information can be found here.
