This article shows how to connect your AI assistant to the Rydoo MCP server. New to the Rydoo MCP server? Start with About the Rydoo MCP server.
Before you start
You need:
- A Rydoo account (your normal Rydoo login or SSO)
- Access to your chosen AI assistant
Connect Claude
Claude offers one-click setup:
- Install Rydoo from Claude's connector directory.
- When prompted, sign in to your Rydoo account with username and password, or SSO.
- Approve access on Rydoo's consent screen. You'll be returned to Claude, ready to go.
Connect other AI tools
The Rydoo MCP server also works with ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and other MCP-compatible clients. Setup steps differ per client. You can find full instructions in the Rydoo Developer Centre:
👉 developers.rydoo.com/page/mcp
Note: Some custom or third-party clients require Rydoo to approve (whitelist) their domain before they can connect. See the Developer Centre for more details.
Check the connection
Confirm Rydoo appears in your client's connected tools, then ask a quick question. For example, "Show my unsubmitted expenses from last month." If it doesn't respond, see Troubleshoot Rydoo MCP issues.
