The Rydoo MCP server lets you query and act on your expense data in Rydoo, without opening the app. What you can do depends on your role and permissions in Rydoo. New here? Start with About the Rydoo MCP server.
What you can do today
All users:

- Find company card transactions still missing a receipt or invoice
- Open the details of a specific expense, including why it was rejected, with a link back into Rydoo
- Look up and review your business trips, including status and spend
- Check which of your expenses are pending approval
- Ask expense-policy questions, such as what's reimbursable and which limits apply
- Check your own account context; which roles you hold, which modules are enabled, and your currencies
- Report a bug or request a feature straight to the Rydoo team
If you're an approver

Personal use
Your AI assistant answers questions about your own expenses, based on your existing Rydoo role and permissions.
💡 Because the assistant works within your Rydoo permissions, you'll only ever see data you could already see in Rydoo yourself.
