The matching feature helps you to reconcile your expense with credit card transactions. Once a receipt has been uploaded, Rydoo will automatically look for a match to the corresponding corporate card feed.
How do I know the expense and transaction are matched?
If Rydoo finds a match between transaction and expense, Rydoo will automatically link and reconcile them. In this case a green credit card icon will appear at your expense. This means expense and credit card transaction are matched.

Why are my expense and transaction not automatically matched?
- Rydoo will not auto match if the basic information, such as amount, between transaction and expense is different. You can easily manually match the expense and transaction.
- Transactions that are older than 2 months will not match automatically. You can easily manually match the expense and transaction.
- Transactions will not match automatically if the payment method is not correct (cheque, paypal, transfer or cash). You can select the correct payment method and match manually.
- If you need to link a transaction to several expenses, it's best to match the expense into a transaction first and then use the split option.
