New users will automatically be created in Rydoo.

Any changes, such as the assignment of supervisors or cost centres, will also occur in Rydoo.

What does the mapping look like?
The integration will get the employees´ details, the access should be set to be able to retrieve both active and inactive employees.
Employees:
Employees will be created in Rydoo

- Last Name
- External ID
Updates made to employees in the HR tool will automatically reflect in Rydoo.

- Group assignment
- Approver assignment

Approvers:
- Assignment of a supervisor (Rydoo approver) to the employee.
Groups:
- Creation of groups in Rydoo.
- Group assignment to the employees.

Does the integration create branches?
- Branch Creation
New branches won’t be created automatically — those need to be managed manually. We’ll only sync employees from branches that already exist in Rydoo, and for the sync to work, the Branch ID and Name need to match exactly between Rydoo and the HR tool.
How can I exclude certain Branches from the sync?
- Branch Limitation
To avoid syncing specific branches automatically, make sure the Branch ID and Name do not exactly match the values coming from the HR system. This will prevent those branches from being included in the automated sync process.
What happens if I create an employee manually?
- User creation
Employees manually created before the integration will also be recognised and updated.
Is it possible to assign more than one group to an employee?
- Multiple groups assignment
When multiple groups need to be assigned to an employee, this can be handled manually in Rydoo. To prevent the manually added group from being overwritten by the integration, simply set an end date far in the future (e.g., 2050/01/01).
Will the sync process include employees linked to branches not configured in Rydoo?
- User Branch Limitation
Employees who are in the HR tool but belong to a branch that doesn't exist in Rydoo won't be created.
Are approvers created via the integration?
- Approvers creation
If an approver of an employee doesn't exist in Rydoo, we will not create the approver. Approvers are only assigned to employees.
Do terminated employees still get synced from the HR tool?
- User status
Only active Employees will be created in Rydoo from the HR tool.
*Active employee: An Employee who is active in the HR tool, and the start date is today or earlier.
Are groups created via the integration?
- Group creation
Yes, the group ID and Name must be an exact match with Rydoo. If they are not, a new group will be created, and the employee assigned.
Is it possible to disable some parts of the integration?

Group and Approver sync can be disabled.
Is it possible to select the mapping configuration?

Branch and group mappings can be configured directly. For any future adjustments to the setup, contact your CSM or connect@rydoo.com.
Is it possible to sync Custom Fields?
- Custom fields
Rydoo Custom Fields in Rydoo are not included in the sync. However, HR tool custom fields can be mapped to Rydoo standard fields.
