Payment Methods overview
In the payment methods overview, you can view immediately the users' names, emails, payment method's types, card numbers, ownership and status.
Different saved views
By default, Rydoo is providing you a set of saved filters (=views), to help you find the overview you need.
- All active payment methods (default)
- All payment methods
- Cards to be validated
- Company payment methods
- Personal payment methods
You can filter the payment methods based on Payment method Type, Status, Validation State, Reimbursable or Branch.
Add payment method
As an admin you can add payment methods for users in the Rydoo account. Users can also add their own personal payment method. You can add a payment method manually or import via a xlsx file (see Import section).
Payment method details
When you click a payment method in the overview, you can see and edit the payment method details in a side panel:
Bulk actions allow you to efficiently manage multiple payment methods so you can export a selection, set as default payment method, activate/deactivate a list or send a validation reminder to a bigger set of employees.
