Different roles have their own access and depending on the company's needs, Administrators can restrict some of the user's options within Rydoo. This can be found in Admin settings - Roles page - Personal.
Below are the settings that can be turned on or off for all personal users in your platform.

Expenses
Personal - Expenses - Action - Edit
You can choose whether user can or cannot edit after saving.
Personal - Expenses - Action - Recall
This setting controls whether a user is allowed to recall expenses after submitting.
Personal - Expenses - Action - Delete
This option controls the option to delete expenses after saving.
Personal - Expenses - Action - Allow submit before trip end date
With this setting you can allow or not allow users to submit an expense before the trip (to which the expense is linked) has reached its end date. Users will be able to create and save expenses, but will need to wait until the trip end date to submit the expense.
Personal - Expenses - Action - Prevent split expense if expense is not matched with corporate card transactions
You can choose to not allow users to split expenses if it is not (yet) matched with a transaction. A golden rule in Rydoo is to first match an expense then split, as you cannot match multiple (already split) expenses to one transaction.
Personal - Expenses - Action - Submit only possible if expense is matched with a company card transaction
With this option you can prevent users from submitting an expense paid with a company card if it is not (yet) matched with a transaction. Like this you can avoid to have many unmatched expenses and transactions.
Personal - Expenses - Action - Edit exchange rate
You can choose to allow or not allow users to edit the exchange rate.
Personal - Expenses - Action - Allow to add expenses for all groups within a branch
With this option enabled, all users are able to add expenses for all groups in the branch they are part of.
Reports
Personal - Reports - Action - Create Custom Reports
This setting controls the export button from the Expense page. When enabled, Directors have the capability to create custom/standard reports.
Personal - Reports - Action - View
This setting refers to the visibility of the "reports" inside the Reports section.
We highly recommend that "Creating Custom Reports" and "View" settings are set the same way. Because when View setting is set to "No", but Create Custom Report is set to "Yes" all users will experience the following:
- Will see the Report section, but it will not show any reports anymore.
- Can still download all the reports they made when creating a NEW report.
- When creating a report, users will see all the previously made reports. But when they exit the page and then click reports again, the page will become empty.
User
Personal - User - Profile - Edit Profile
You can choose whether users can edit their own personal profile.
Personal - User - Payment Method - Allow to change card ownership
You can choose whether users have the option to edit their payment method or not. They can then change the card from a personal card to a company card or the other way around.
Personal - User - Payment Method - Allow to create payment method
This option allows users to create their own payment method.
Transactions
Personal - Transactions - Action - Disable transaction matching
With this setting enabled users will have the option to disable transaction matching. Like this they can prevent a transaction from being matched.
Personal - Transactions - Action - Delete company card transactions
With this setting enabled users will have the option to delete company card transactions themselves.
Personal - Transactions - Action - Add
With this setting enabled users will have the option to import their own transactions in Rydoo.
