Top up the company wallet
Before allowing users to request cards, you need to make sure there are sufficient funds in your company wallet. In this section, we explain how to top up your company wallet.
- Go to the Wallets module in the Finance role.
- Then click ‘Top up’.
Make a transfer to the bank account provided:
- EUR wallet: IBAN
- GBP wallet: Sort code and account number.
Usually, funds are available in 1-2 business days. The first top-up may take up to 2-3 business days.
Note: The supported payment schemes in the UK are FPS and BACS. The CHAPS payment scheme is not supported.
Set up an alert threshold
You can set up a low balance alert. An email will be sent when funds go below the threshold amount you defined.
- Go to the Wallets module in the Finance role.
2. Click 'Alerts' to fill in the threshold amount and the recipients of the alert.
View wallet details
You can view the following wallet details by clicking on the 'Details' button for a selected wallet:
- Wallet name
- Wallet ID
- Onboarded legal entity name under which the wallet has been opened
- Supported payment rails for the wallet
- Associated branches within Rydoo
You can also customise the wallet name that is displayed in the list of wallets by clicking on 'Edit' in the 'Details' section for a wallet:
Switch between branches
Some companies have multiple branches with wallets connected to them. You can switch between branches and manage connected wallets using the selector shown in the image below.
Order a virtual or physical card
- Go to Cards module in the Finance role (Cards section).
- Select + Add card.
- Choose whether you want to order a virtual or physical card.
Virtual card
Fill in the details of the card you want to request and click ‘Request card’.

Single-use or multiple-use:
With a single-use card, you can make a one-time payment.
With a multiple-use card, you can make multiple payments on a periodic basis (see frequency below). For example, it is possible to pay multiple different monthly subscriptions with one multiple-use card. - Card limit + currency: Amount and currency of the card limit. Currently, you can select EUR or GBP as a currency.
- Name: Name of the card

(Frequency): For multiple-use cards, you can select the frequency:
- Monthly: limit resets to the maximum the first day of every month
- Yearly: limit resets to the maximum January 1st of every year
- Total: user can do as many transactions they want, anytime, as long as they do not use all the spending limit, for example useful for bonus card or education budget
- Description (optional)
Physical card
Fill in the card details and shipping address.
Block or terminate a card
- Go to Cards module in the Finance role (Cards section).
- Select the relevant card.
- You can block or terminate the card.

Block card:
If you want to temporarily stop a card from being used, select ‘Block card‘. The user will no longer see the card details and further payment from this card will be blocked. This is a temporary state, as you have the option to unblock the card. -
Terminate card:
If you want to permanently stop your card from being used, select ‘Terminate Card'. All payments will be blocked. Please note that terminating a card disables it for future use and subsequent transactions tied to this card will be declined. This action is irreversible.

Edit a card: name, limit, description
- Go to Cards module in the Finance role (Cards section).
- Select the card you want to edit.
- Select Edit.

For security reasons, you will need to enter a verification code.
- You can now edit the name, limit and description of a card.
View expenses paid with Rydoo card
In the expenses tab of a card, you can see all expenses paid with this Rydoo card.
When clicking one of the expenses, you will see the expense details.
