Make sure that you have either a Physical Rydoo card on hand or, alternatively, you have located the card details for a virtual card via the mobile or web app.

Troubleshooting
I am not able to activate the card - I do not see an option to request SMS
Sometimes, the wallet provider (Apple) does not offer to request an SMS code. This is due to their internal risk logic when a user is adding the card manually via the wallet.
What to do:
- Add the card to the mobile wallet
- Accept the terms and click on “Complete verification later.”
- Contact your Finance team and request that they activate the card in the mobile wallet
- Do not remove the card from the wallet!
- Once Finance confirms the activation, check the Wallet app again - the card should be marked as ready for payments
Note: Sometimes, the card could fail to be activated by Finance. In this case, simply remove the card from the wallet and re-add it as described above.
I am not able to activate the card - SMS does not arrive
Sometimes, the mobile networks do not deliver (block) automated messages sent by companies (in this case, from the card issuing provider). This is due to their internal Spam filters.
What to do (version 1):
- Add the card to the mobile wallet
- Accept the terms and click on “Complete verification later.”
- Contact your Finance team and request that they activate the card in the mobile wallet
- Do not remove the card from the wallet!
- Once Finance confirms the activation, check the Wallet app again - the card should be marked as ready for payments
Note: Sometimes, the card could fail to be activated by Finance. In this case, remove the card from the wallet and re-add it as described above.
