Do you have expenses stuck in "processing" or "to synchronize" status? You can delete them.
1. Ensure that you have the updated Rydoo mobile app version.
2. From the Expenses page, long tap on an expense, and the multi-select option will show.
3. Select the expenses you want to remove.
4. Click on the delete icon.
After deleting the expense, we highly encourage you to upload or re-take the image one at a time.
NOTE: Always enable the Save Images setting. This will ensure that when snapping a picture of your receipts with the app, a copy will always be saved on your phone gallery. Simply tap on the toggle to enable this setting.
