Use the Rydoo app on Sandbox

If you're testing out Rydoo on our Sandbox environment, this is also possible via the Mobile app. Just follow the following 3 steps:

 

Step 1: Install Rydoo via Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If you already have the Rydoo app on your phone you will need to delete and reinstall the app.

 

Step 2: While logging in you need to provide +sandbox at the end of your account's email address in order to connect the app to our Sandbox environment.

Step 3: Continue with the log in process by providing your password you use to log in on https://sandbox-accounts.rydoo.com/.

 

NOTE: This process can only be done once and will lock the app to a specific environment. If you like to switch back to the production environment, you need to delete and reinstall the app.
