In Rydoo, a user can have different roles. This article explains the roles and how to assign roles to a user.
Different roles

Can manage and report expenses

Can view expenses of the assigned users and create exports

Can view the Insights module

Can manage all the configurations for the whole account

Assign roles
1. Go to Admin settings.
2. Go to Users section.
3. Select the user you want to assign roles.
4. Navigate to the Roles tab.
5. Toggle to enable the different roles.
💡 User roles can also be managed via the API, which is useful for customers who want to automate user provisioning. API endpoints allow you to retrieve and update roles (e.g. Finance, Admin). See the Rydoo developer center for more details.
