As an admin, you can add user fields. These are customised fields for users. A property can thus have additional info about a user in the user's details. Examples of user properties can be company car, license plate, employment type,...
This article explains how to set up user properties.
1. Go to Admin settings.
2. Go to Users section.
3. Select a user.
4. Navigate to Details tab.
5. Click + Add in the User fields section.
6. Fill in the user field details and save.

7. The user field is now set up for all users. As an admin, you can now fill in the field for each user.
User export - update the user fields in bulk
You will see the added user fields reflected in the users exports (and imports) as well.
Once you have created this field for one user, you can export the list of all users, fill in the new field for each user in the exported file, and then re-import the updated file into Rydoo. This way, you won’t need to update each user’s information individually.
